The following improvements and fixes were made to the Catalyst Portal and Catalyst Mobile App with the release on May 26, 2022: (*Mobile App has been deployed to the App Stores for approval).

Access Inactive Students in Read-Only Mode

Users can now access inactive Catalyst students in read-only mode. A new setting has been added in Administration > Organization Settings to enable this feature.

An issue has been corrected where the first EESA question in each group was being duplicated.

Issue with Load More button in the SOAP Notes tab

The Load More button on the SOAP Notes tab will continue to load additional SOAP Notes each time it is clicked.

Error Message when filtering Notes by special characters

Users will now see an informative error message when they attempt to filter Notes by special characters that are not allowed.

Validation message on SOAP Note Signature Field Checkbox

A validation message has been added to inform users when they have not checked the required checkbox corresponding to a Signature field on a SOAP Note.

Broken Image icon inserting graphs from collapsed folders in Progress Notes

Graphs inserted into Progress Notes from collapsed folders will now display properly.

Electronic signatures appear pixelated in SOAP Notes

The quality of electronic signature images on SOAP Notes has been improved so that they no longer appear pixelated.

Validation message issue with Student “Date of Birth” field

A validation message has been added when a user enters a date field with an improper format in a student’s “Date of Birth” field

Deactivated students remain active after the expiration date

Students will now be deactivated as expected when their Catalyst license is set to expire.

Days without SOAP Notes report issue

A time zone issue was causing the Days without SOAP Notes report to incorrectly list some days when SOAP Notes had been created. This issue has been resolved.

Deleted SOAP Note Template Fields Still Show When Creating New SOAP Note in App

Any fields that have been deleted from a SOAP Note template in the portal will not show when users create a new SOAP Note in the app.
