The following improvements and fixes for bugs/defects being experienced by some of our users were made to the Catalyst Portal and Catalyst Mobile App with the release on February 2, 2022: (*Mobile Apps have been deployed to the App Stores for approval).
Catalyst Portal
- Progress Notes - Uploaded Images in PDFs Not Rendering if File Name has a Space
- Images containing a space in the file name were not rendering when users downloaded progress note PDFs. We’ve resolved this issue so that newly uploaded images will render properly regardless of the file name.
- Cannot Add Targets from Organization Curriculum Library
- Some users experienced an error when attempting to add targets from the curriculum library. A code change has been implemented to allow all users to add targets from the curriculum library without this error.
- Billing System Configuration Issue
- Some users experienced performance related issues in their account due to a connection issue with our third-party billing system. A configuration change was made and this issue has been resolved.
Catalyst App
- Students without license are not removed from App
- Previously, users had to log out and log back into Catalyst to have their list of students updated after licenses were removed in the portal. This issue has been resolved so that the list of student licenses is updated every time users view the student list screen in the app.
- Videos synced from mobile app are not played in portal
- Some users experienced an issue where videos taken on the mobile app were not playable in the portal. A code change has been made that will allow these videos to properly sync and play in the portal.
