Due to HIPAA regulations, students cannot be deleted from Catalyst. Deactivate a student to make them no longer appear on the Catalyst app or in the Portal. Student data is stored with the student profile when they are deactivated. You will have read-only access to these students, without having to reactivate a license.

To view license history see View License History (Catalyst).
NOTE: Created students default to Active status. To inactivate a Student License, an Administrator must do so.
IMPORTANT: It is important to deactivate students who are not actively receiving treatment as active students count in your organization's license subscriptions.
Select the Administration tab.
Access Subscription & Licensing from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
Add a License for Catalyst
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- Scroll to the Licenses section.
There will be two tabs: Catalyst Licenses and VB-MAPP Licenses.
Select Catalyst Licenses.
- Click the desired student.
- Click Add Catalyst License.
Click Yes to the pop-up message.
You will be taken back to Step 1. Repeat the above process to add more licenses.
Remove a License for Catalyst
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- Scroll to the Licenses section.
There will be two tabs: Catalyst Licenses and VB-MAPP Licenses.
Select Catalyst Licenses.
- Click the desired Student.
- Click Remove Catalyst License.
NOTE: The Student will show as Expires on [Last Day of Billing Cycle].
- Click Yes to confirm in the pop-up message.
You will be taken back to Step 1. Repeat the above process to remove more licenses.
