Export SOAP Notes for Audit

Scenario - Customer needs all SOAP Notes for all students for a specified date range for an audit.

You can manually pull each individual student's SOAP Notes for the specified date range and download. The download will be a zip file with the individual PDF version of the SOAP Notes.

1. Go to Student.
2. Click Documentation tab and select SOAP Notes button.
3. Set Date Range.
4. Click the Select All checkbox at top to quickly select all displayed SOAP Notes.
   

   NOTE: Typically you can pull approximately 200 SOAP Notes at a time.

5. Click Download button.
