There are a quick couple of things you can try if you aren't able to see your Clients in the App.
Remove/Re-Add User
- Press the Lock button to go to the PIN screen.
- Tap Manage Users link.
- Click Remove for your User Profile.
- Click Add User button at the bottom.
- Enter your Username and Password again.
Back on the Manage Students page, your Client should appear.
If they still aren't there:
- Check with your Supervisor to make sure the Student was added to your Profile.
- Double-check that you are not looking for a Student Code (instead of a Student Name).
