Reports (Legacy) Glossary

NOTE: This Glossary is for the Legacy version of Reports which will be phased out soon. 

IMPORTANT: The glossary below is organized according to the old format.

Click the tabs below to expand the information on each tab.

Cumulative Reports

1) % of Opened Targets Mastered 

Select Date Range and click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Opened - Total number of Targets opened for a given date range.
  • Mastered - Total number of Targets mastered for a given date range.
  • Percentage - Average Percentage of Opened Targets that were Mastered for a given date range. (Mastered Targets out of Opened Targets).

2) Average Trial Counts 

Click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Program Name  
  • Target 
  • Average Trials - this is a cumulative report

3) Behavior Episode Count 

Select Date Range and click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Name - the name of the behavior being targeted for reduction.
  • Number of Episodes - number of behavioral episodes (ABC data) in which the individual behavior appears for a given date range.

4) Current Maintenance Levels

This is a cumulative report. It gives a snapshot of Targets in Maintenance (and their current levels) as of the exact time user runs the report.

Click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Date Mastered - Date/Time Target was Mastered.
  • Date Entered Current Level - Date/Time Target entered displayed Maintenance Level.
  • Current Level - Current Maintenance Level.

5) Performance Measures

Select Date Range and click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Name
  • Score
  • Recorded By

6) Program Completion Report

This is a cumulative report. It gives a snapshot of completed Programs as of the exact time user runs the report.

Click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Skill Area
  • Program
  • Total Targets
  • Open Targets
  • Mastered Targets
  • % Complete - Percent of Program completion (Mastered Targets out of Total Targets).

7) Program Summary Report

NOTE: On-Hold Targets will display, see Targets: View or Edit Details if necessary to determine if any Targets are On-Hold.

Select Program from the dropdown and click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Name
  • Date Baselined - Left blank if not applicable.
  • Date Opened 
  • Date Mastered 
  • Date Reopened 
  • Date Remastered 
  • Reopen Count - Number of times Target has been reopened for Treatment.
  • Maintenance Level - Current Maintenance Level at the time when the report was run.

8) Recently Mastered Targets

Click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Date Mastered
  • Date Opened
  • Total Trials

9) Weakest Targets

NOTE: Does not display On Hold Targets.

Click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Date Opened
  • Trial Count
  • Percentage - Average Percentage of Trials performed independently (Independent Trials out of Total Count).

Daily Reports

1) Daily Behavior Data

Select Date and click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Name
  • Definition
  • Type
  • Value

2) Daily Notes Across Students 

NOTE: This report only lists overview information. To read the note access the Notes subtab of the Documentation tab. To learn more, please visit the Notes Subtab documentation.

Select Date and click Run Report. 
Displays:

  • Date - Date and time stamp for note.
  • Student 
  • Therapist - Therapist who recorded notes.
  • Title - Note Title
  • Security Groups - Security groups with access to read notes.

3) Daily Percentage

Select Date and click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Daily Percentage Correct

4) Daily Trial Counts 

NOTE: Displays all Target types except Frequency. Counts DTT Targets, Durations Targets, and Task Analysis. It counts trials, every time the user presses the Save button.
Additionally, for the app: Counts both Teaching and Maintenance. If a Target is On Hold, it will appear in the list. If a Target is Closed, it will not appear in the list.

Select Date and click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Count - Trial count for the given date.

5) Daily Trial Counts for Month

Select Month Ending Date and click Run Report.

Displays:

  • Date of Session
  • DTT Count
  • TA Count

6) DTT Trial Sheet

Select Date and click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Program
  • Target
  • Prompt Codes
  • Percentage

7) DTT Trial Sheet by Therapist 

Select User from the dropdown, select Date, and click Run Report. 
Displays:

  • Program
  • Target - Displays DTT/Jump-To Targets
    • Will display Failed in Maintenance and On Hold Targets
    • Will NOT display Closed/Mastered or Maintenance Targets
  • Prompt Codes - Prompt Code abbreviations that were scored displayed.
  • Percentage - Percentage of correct responses (total number of trials against independent trials) for open Targets for a given date range.

8) Maintenance Trial Sheet by Therapist 

Select User from the dropdown, select Date, and click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Program 
  • Target - displays DTT/jump-to targets
  • Prompt Codes - prompt code abbreviations that were scored display
  • Percentage - the percentage of correct responses (total number of trials against independent trials) for open targets for the given date range.

9) Reliability Export

Allows users, particularly supervising BCBAs, to check the trial-by-trial scoring of the user/therapist with the intent of examining inter-observer agreement.

Select User from the dropdown, select Date, and click Run Report.

10) User Productivity

Monthly Reports

1) Monthly Sessions (with Therapist Initials) 

Displays all students in the organization for which the user has access along with dates and places the therapist's initials under the date to indicate there has been data collected on the student.

Enter the Month End Date and click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Student Name
  • Active
  • Dates of the Month

Weekly Reports

1) Targets Mastered by Week

Select Friday Week Ending Date and click Run Report. 

Displays:

  • Program Name
  • Target
  • Date Opened
  • Date Mastered
  • Trial Count
  • Overall Percentage

2) Targets Opened by Week

Select Friday Week Ending Date and click Run Report.

3) Weekly Maintenance Probes

Select Friday Week Ending Date and click Run Report.

4) Weekly Percentage

Select Friday Week Ending Date and click Run Report.

5) Weekly Ratio

Displays the ratio of independent trials and total trials for each Acquisition Target for the week.

Select Sunday Week Ending Date and click Run Report. 
Displays: 

    • Skill Area
    • Program
    • Target
    • SD
    • Days of the Week
    • Raw Ratio - number of independent trials for the week/total trials for the week
    • Weekly % - the ratio of independent trials/total trials for each acquisition target by day of the week

6) Weekly Trial Count by User

Displays the number of trials conducted by the user by day for each student.

Select the User from the dropdown and select the Friday Week Ending Date and click Run Report. 
Displays:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Days of the Week

7) Weekly Trial Counts

Displays the number of trials conducted broken down by Targets.

Select Friday Week Ending Date and click Run Report. 
Displays:

  • Program Name
