A PIN can be reset on your own through the Portal or your System Administrator can start the PIN reset process for you.
Note: If user does not have access to the Portal, contact a System Administrator to reset PIN.
Reset PIN in the Portal
- From the Portal, click the dropdown menu and select Change Device PIN. The Change Device PIN modal displays.
- Enter Current Password to confirm you are allowed to reset the PIN.
- Create new Device PIN.
Note: Catalyst PINs must contain:
6 to 10 numbers (PIN length is determined by an Administrator in the Portal).
- Click Save.
