After a Target has been mastered, it can be assigned to Maintenance. In Maintenance, you can select an interval on which to assess the Target to ensure that the student maintains the skill. Maintenance levels and intervals are defined at the organization level. Based on these levels, you can define how a specific student's Targets will move through the variously defined Maintenance Levels.
IMPORTANT: In order to use Maintenance Levels, you first need to create them in the Administration tab for the Organization. See Maintenance Levels: Create, Edit, Delete or Run for more information.
Jump to Section: [Initial Level] [Set Maintenance Criteria Initial Level] [Maintenance Level Criteria] [Target Demotion] [Target Promotion] [Promotion/Demotion Triggers]
Access the Maintenance Criteria subtab from the Setup Tab in the Students Section.
