At any time, Catalyst can be upgraded from In Trial to Active, or an organization can upgrade from one subscription level to another.
Access Subscription & Licensing from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
The Subscription tab defaults open. From this screen users can view various subscription information.
- Click Upgrade link.
- Add a Payment Method. You have the option to choose either Credit Card or ACH (Account Clearing House) linked directly to your bank account.
Note: If you choose ACH, you will momentarily directed to Stripe to enter bank information.
- Select your desired number licenses.
- Confirm your selection.
- Confirm purchase.
Once an account has been upgraded, an invoice will automatically be sent to the billing contact's email address. It will also appear in the Invoices. Users can view when the invoice was generated, amount paid, date of payment, and a PDF version.
- Click the three dots on the Account Information section.
- Click the link to view or download the invoice as a PDF.
