Students can be added to Sites when they are created.

OR, if a student is already created users may reassign them to a Site with the following steps:
- Access Students from the appropriate Site on the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
- Locate the desired student and click Actions.
- Select Move to Site.
- Click Move for the Site you desire to move the student to.
