The list below describes the individual Security Rights so that Administrators can make the most appropriate configurations for each Security Group.

Access Tabs
Access tabs give a user the ability to view Assessment, Behavior Reduction, Data Entry, Documentation, Reporting, Setup, and Skill Acquisition tabs.
Administration
Administration rights give access to activate/deactivate students. You can also grant users the ability to administer billing, curriculums, default conditions, default prompt codes, security groups, organization sites, and users. They will also be able to create student profiles. As well as create/delete custom student fields.
Antecedents
Antecedent rights allow the user access to archive, create, delete, and rename antecedents. Antecedents are found under the Behavior Reduction tab.
NOTE: Access > View Behavior Reduction Tab permission must also be enabled for the user to be able to perform these actions.
Baseline Criteria
Baseline Criteria rights allow users to edit and view baseline criteria located in the Setup tab.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab permission must also be enabled for the user to be able to perform these actions.
Behaviors
Behaviors rights allow users access to archive, create, delete, edit, rename and merge behaviors in the Behavior Reduction tab.
NOTE: Access > Behavior Reduction Tab permission must also be enabled for the user to be able to perform these actions.
Consequences
Consequences rights allow users access to archive, create, delete, and rename Consequences under the Behavior Reductions tab.
NOTE: Access > Behavior Reduction Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform these actions.
Curriculums
Curriculum rights allow users access to create a curriculum library and add documents and goals to a library. Users are also able to edit or delete curriculum libraries, documents, and goals, as well as import a community library, documents, and goals to a student.
NOTE: Administration > Administer Organization Tab, as well as, Access > Setup Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Documents
Document rights allow users access to view documents, delete and upload files as well as delete and view timesheets.
NOTE: Access > Documentation Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Form Builder
Form Builder rights allow users access to create custom forms and/or view form responses.
NOTE: Access > Documentation Tab, as well as, Administrator > Administer Organization permissions must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Functional Analysis
Functional Analysis rights allow users access to create, delete and edit a Functional Assessment in the Analysis and Reporting tab.
NOTE: Access > Analysis & Reporting Tab, as well as, Access > Assessments Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Graphing
Graphing rights allow users access to view program and target graphs, as well as add annotations and condition lines to a graph. Graphs can be viewed on the Behavior Reduction tab.
NOTE: Access > Skills Acquisition Tab as well as, Access > Behavior Reduction Tab or Access > Analysis & Reporting Tab permissions must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Locations
Locations rights allow users access to archive, create, delete, and rename a location in the Behavior Reduction tab.
NOTE: Access > Behavior Reduction Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform these actions.
Login
Login rights allow users access to login to Catalyst on a mobile device and in the Portal.
Maintenance
Maintenance rights allow users access to create, edit and delete Maintenance Levels as well as edit and view Maintenance Criterion in the Administration section.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Mastery Criteria
Mastery Criteria rights allow users access to edit and view mastery criteria in the Setup tab.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Notes
Notes rights allow users access to add, edit, delete, and view notes in the documentation tab.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab, as well as Access > Documentation Tab permissions must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Programs
Programs rights allow users access to create, edit, delete, rename, and move programs.
NOTE: Access > Skills Acquisition Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Progress Notes
Progress Notes rights allow users access to edit, delete or publish progress notes in the Portal.
NOTE: Access > Analysis & Reporting Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Raw Data
Raw Data rights allow users access to enter raw data for themselves or on behalf of another user, as well as delete and view raw data and generate a paper datasheet.
NOTE: Access > Data Entry Tab, as well as Access > Skills Acquisition Tab and/or Access Behavior Reduction Tab permissions must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
RemindR+
ReminderR+ rights allow users access to add/edit, delete and view reminders in the Setup tab.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Reporting
Reporting rights allow users access to view the progress notes subtab, as well as create and delete progress notes. In addition, users can execute tabular reports such as cumulative, daily, date rand, and weekly reports and view reports on behalf of another user.

Schedules
Schedules rights allow users access to create, edit, delete or view Prompt and Interval Schedules in the Setup tab.

Session Logs
Skill Areas
Progress Notes rights allow users access to create, clone, delete and rename Skill Areas in the Skills Acquisition tab.
NOTE: Access > Skills Acquisition Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
SOAP Notes
SOAP NOTES rights allow users access to edit or delete SOAP Notes.
NOTE: Access > Documentation Tab, as well as Documents > Can Delete/View the Timesheets Associated with a Student permissions must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Students
Students' rights allow users access to view and edit the student settings.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Target Playlists
Target Playlists rights allow users access to create, edit, delete and view playlists, settings, and assignments.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab permission must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
Targets
Targets rights allow users access to create, edit, delete, and rename Targets, as well as control them and master out, move, open, open for baseline, put on hold, and reopen Targets.

Task Analysis
Task Analysis rights allow users access to add to a task analysis as well as edit, delete or change step order.

Videos
Videos rights allow users access mark videos as private, as well as edit, delete, download and view videos.
NOTE: Access > Setup Tab, as well as, Access > Documentation Tab permissions must also be enabled for users to be able to perform some of these actions.
