Maintenance Levels specify how often Mastered Targets are revisited or probed. Organizations can create any number of Maintenance Levels, each with it's own prompting interval. These levels can then be used for each student if desired.
Access Devices from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
This sets Maintenance Levels for the entire organization. Maintenance Schedules however, are created at the student level.
- Scroll to bottom of the page and click New Maintenance Level.
2. Enter desired Maintenance Level information:
- Collection Frequency
3. Click Save.
- Locate desired Maintenance Level.
- Click Actions.
- Select Edit or Delete as appropriate.
Once a Target has met Mastery, it will move into the assigned Maintenance Level. The Maintenance Playlist on the app will now display the Target at the appropriate chosen frequency. Additionally, users can set Maintenance Targets to be presented as Momentum. Momentum Probes are previous mastered Targets that are presented between teaching Targets within a DTT session. Users can choose the amount of Momentum Probes, the type of Momentum to run, and the specific Maintenance Level Momentum Probes should be pulled from.
Note: All Momentum settings can be configured within the student's Settings Subtab in the Setup Tab of the Students Section. To learn more, please visit Settings Subtab documentation
