Manual population can be used in addition to a spreadsheet import or by itself. Curriculum Libraries can be organized/grouped into Folders. You can create Curriculum Libraries (Goals or Folders) in any order as you can re-arrange as needed after creation.
Note: You must Create a Curriculum Library before you can populate it.

Access Curriculum Libraries from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
Create a Folder
Folders can act as a 4th tier in organization. i.e., Folder > Skill Area > Program > Target. If a Folder is not created, the Folder automatically becomes a Skill Area.
- Locate appropriate Curriculum Library and click View Targets/Goals.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click New Folder link. The Add Folder modal displays.
- Enter Folder information:
- Title
- Folder - Select appropriate folder if you would like to nest folders.
- Click Save.
Create Targets/Goals
- Locate appropriate Curriculum Library and click View Targets/Goals.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click New Goal. The Add Target/Goal modal displays.
- Enter or Select Target information:
*Denotes required fields.
- *Skill Area
- *Program
- *Target Name
- Goal Name - Used solely when generating notes or curricula. This will not display in the app.
- SD - Discriminative Stimulus. This may be an instruction or question the student (e.g., How old are you?). This defines what appears as the instruction/question for this Target task in the app.
- Desire Daily Trials - Set how many trials to run during a session.
- Auto-Open Order - If set to anything other than Manual, this Target will automatically open when another Target in this Program is mastered.
Note: Targets open sequentially with A00 of 1 opening first, then when mastered #2 will open, etc.
- Target Type (See Target Type Glossary documentation to learn more)
- *Share with Catalyst Community - Selecting YES will add the target to the Catalyst Community Library so other Catalyst users can add it to their curriculum.
- Target Instructions - These instructions will be available for the instructor in the Catalyst app.
- Folder - Allows for a further level of categorization.
- Click Save & Close OR click Advanced Target Options.
- If you chose Advance Target Options, enter or select additional Target information:
Note: Target specific Mastery Criteria will override Mastery Criteria set at the student level.
- Map Documents - Must first be uploaded to Library via View/Edit Documents. To learn more, please visit Documents Subtab documentation.
- Response Percentage - Divides the number of correct responses per day by the total number or trials per day. If that resultant percentage is equal to or greater than this entered value, the criterion is met.
- Consecutive Days - The number of required consecutive days on which ALL specified criterion must be met to achieve mastery.
- First Trial Must Be Independent - If Yes, the first trial of each consecutive day MUST be independent. If No, only other criteria are used to determine mastery.
- Click Save & Close.
