Reporting Beta Subtab (Catalyst)

Catalyst hosts robust Analysis & Reporting functions. The reports area has been updated for Reports Beta to organize reports according to sections in Catalyst: Targets, Behaviors, Programs, and Notes.


For the older reports see Reports (Legacy) for more information. These were organized according to time: Cumulative, Daily, Date Range, Monthly, Session, and Weekly. Both formats are currently available, but the old format will be going away.

Access the Reporting Beta subtab from the Analysis & Reporting tab in the Students Section.

Generate Report

  1. Click the Down Arrow next to the Category of Report you want to use on the left-hand side.
  2. Click the Arrow next to the Sub-Category of Report you want to use.
  3. Select the desired Report.

    NOTE: To learn more details about the different available Reports, please visit the Reports Glossary (Legacy & Beta) documentation.

  4. Depending on Report selected, enter Start/End Date.
  5. And/Or, click Run to run the report.

  6. Once a Report has been run, click Export Data and choose Export to CSV (Excel) or Export to PDF.
